Sauk Valley Community College, a comprehensive community college located in a picturesque rural setting invites applications from innovative individuals for non-credit instructors. There are many opportunities for instructors in different professional development and personal enrichment areas (i.e. creative arts, foreign language, technology and College for Kids).

Located in rural northwestern Illinois, along the scenic Rock River, between the cities of Dixon and Sterling; the College is one hour from Rockford and the Quad Cities and two hours west of Chicago.

Responsibilities:

To be cognizant of the philosophy and objectives of the College and use them as guidelines in planning, structuring, and instructing non-credit courses. Reports directly to the Coordinator of Community Education who is the supervisor over the position.

Qualifications:

Experience in subject matter required; experience in instruction preferred.
